View of LEDNA knowledge hub from the field
by IrinaMendoza - 30/04/2009
I love the idea of an open resource-sharing website where LED experts and non-experts have access to LED- related resources and the opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences. The first time I entered LEDNA’s website, I instantly remembered the long hours I once spent searching for information on LED projects. Thus, I really appreciate the effort and work of building this website, without a doubt LEDNA is a great reference point for LED resources and expertise.
Country Resource Portal on LEDNA - Example Kenya
Did you know our LEDNA knowledge hub has classifed many LED resources and experiences by individual countries, In Africa and globally! Take a look here at our Africa Country portal. You can access this from the home page on the left. Once in the country Portal you can find resources for specific countries in Africa, see here for our resources on KENYA as an example. Local Economic Development Network Gaining Momentum in 2009
by Gwen-Swinburn - 25/02/2009
Friends,
2009 has seen a good start for our first full year in operation. The network is building nicely and thanks to members like Jason Mukaya in East Africa, and others who are contributing comments, blogs, questions and links, we are now really getting some momentum amongst the membership. The South African practitioners have also committed to engaging with LEDNA members through blogging etc. This is all just great and what we hped and expected would happen once the platform was up and running.
