This publication, in French and English, looks at a number of specific LED project experiences in Argentina, Yemen and the Philippines. It also reviews aspects of local economic development more generally. LED practitioners are pleased that the Cites Alliance is recognising more that local ECONOMIC development is crucial to broader development goals.
