Thanks to Mike Ducker (LEDNA member from the US) for sharing with us this extensive web knowledge-centre resource on clusters. TCI is the leading global network for practitioners, policy makers,
researchers and business leaders working towards improving
competitiveness in regions and clusters, it is very much like our LEDNA network but focused on clusters. They have many resources on their home page including a section on Africa (I found a good way to get to the Africa resources was to click on keyword index top right)!
